Returns & Exchanges

Every La.frigg piece is made by hand, one at a time. For that reason, returns and exchanges are handled as set out below. Please read this before you order.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of personal preference. This includes:

• The colour, texture, or impression differing from what you imagined
• The size not fitting your doll
• Ordering the wrong item by mistake
• The piece taking time to be made and delivered

Photographs can look different from the actual item depending on lighting and your monitor. The sizes each piece fits are stated on every product page — please check them before ordering.

When we do refund

We refund the full amount you paid in either of these cases:

• We cannot deliver your item — if, for reasons of production, a shortage of materials, or other circumstances on our side, we become unable to ship.
• An initial defect — a clear fault in the item as delivered, such as a flaw in the sewing or damage in transit.

For an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of the item arriving. A photograph showing the condition helps the process go smoothly. We are unable to help with reports made after 7 days.

Because each piece is sewn by hand, slight asymmetry or small variations in the stitching may occur. These are not defects, but part of the character of a one-of-a-kind piece.

How refunds are made

Refunds are, as a rule, returned by the same method you paid with. For payment by bank transfer, we transfer to the account you specify, and we cover the transfer fee.

Cancelling an order

If we cannot confirm your payment and reach you within 7 days (including weekends and holidays) of the order-confirmation email, we take it that you no longer wish to buy, and the order is cancelled automatically. In the case of a cancellation without notice, we may decline future orders.
