Charges besides the product price

In addition to the sale price, the customer is responsible for shipping and any bank-transfer fees.

Delivery time

For in-stock sales, we ship after payment is confirmed, on the date announced on social media (X). For pre-orders, we ship within 7 days of the specified date. (Shipping may be held during storms or severe weather, so timing can differ; in that case we will let you know on the product page or by email. Closures for the summer and year-end/new-year holidays are announced on the blog.)

Order validity period

Within 7 days of the order-confirmation email (including weekends and holidays). If there is no payment and no contact within 7 days of ordering, we take it that you no longer wish to buy and cancel the order automatically. In the case of a cancellation without notice, we may decline future orders.

Defective items & quantities

For an initial defect, please contact us within one week of the item arriving. Available quantities are shown on each product page.

Payment methods

Bank transfer, credit card. Payment is due within 7 days of our order-confirmation email.
